the r collection was amazing! perfect location with comfortable beds and a fabulous breakfast. the suite spa was super relaxing, and marco, the concierge, really went above and beyond to find us the best boat tour and dinner spots.

The dining experience didn’t quite meet our expectations, but the location was perfect for exploring local shops and easy access to ferry rides. The staff was friendly, but interactions felt impersonal. While the hotel has a lovely pool area, it can get noisy due to the nearby beach activities.

We had a Standard Double Room, and it was surprisingly comfy! The bed felt huge and was super cozy. Even though we didn't have a lake view, looking out at the pretty square was pleasant. The room was clean, and it had nice touches like robes and a coffee machine. Just a heads up, though, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which was kind of annoying when we needed it.
